Flowing into Autumn: Moving Meditation with Live Violin

Join Josh Liebling, qigong teacher, and Megan Yee, violinist, for an immersive experience designed to help you find your flow through movement and live music accompaniment.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn is related to the lungs and The Metal Element. In this class you'll learn a variety of exercises to help you boost your immunity in preparation for the winter ahead. We’ll release old feelings of sadness and grief and transform them into feeling courageous and filled with inspiration. Megan's beautifully improvised violin playing will harmonize the energy alongside elegant flowing moving meditations.

We will be outdoors in a beautiful nature setting at the Transformation Center near the labyrinth.

Join us and together we'll warm our hearts and smile deep from within the soul.

$44. Please register below.

Josh Liebling is a life-long learner. He enjoys discovering and sharing practices that help people

return to a peaceful state that feels like home. For the past 15 years he's explored many different

types of meditation modalities ranging from transcendental meditation and mantra meditation to

mindfulness and breathwork. But it was in Qigong that he found a practice that enriched his life

so much that he absolutely needed to share its benefits with others.

He received his Qigong teaching certifications from Masters Lee Holden, Robert Peng, and Ken Cohen. He also works 1-on-1 with clients through personalized Qigong and Daoist Coaching. Learn more about Josh at www.alignedawareness.com. Or on Instagram: @joshielieb
