Join Diane Nickelberg-Barnett and Catherine Barrett from Grounded Meditation for this late Summer Sound Bath under the open sky, accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature.
A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing and immersive experience designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit as you listen to the healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and other healing instruments.
As the day draws to a close, you'll unwind under the open sky as the soothing sounds wash over you, accompanied by the songs of birds, crickets, and the warm breeze. Breathe in the crisp, fresh air as you settle into this lush outdoor setting, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and any other props you desire: eye pillow, bolster, head pillow, etc. A meditative Labyrinth Walk is available just before the Sound Bath, so feel free to arrive up to 30 minutes early for that!
$40.00 per person. Space is limited. Click here to register.
