We are thrilled that Grounded Meditation is back for this first Sound Bath of the summer! Join Diane Nickelberg-Barnett and Catherine Barrett for this amazing outdoor event. A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience which calms your mind, body and soul as you listen to the healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and other healing instruments. Mix in the sounds of nature, and you've got the perfect formula for a transporting experience.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and any other props you desire: eye pillow, bolster, head pillow, etc. A meditative Labyrinth Walk is available just before the Sound Bath, so feel free to arrive up to 30 minutes early for that!
This event was rescheduled from June 11 due to weather.
$40.00 per person. Space is limited. Click here to register.
